At TooTuft, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made and in-stock rugs tailored to your style and space. By placing an order or purchasing in-person, you agree to the following no refund policy:

  1. Custom Rugs

    All custom-made rugs are crafted specifically for your order. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. Please ensure all design specifications, measurements, and materials are correct before confirming your order.
  2. In-Stock Rugs

    All in-stock rugs sold through TooTuft, whether purchased online or in-person, are final sale. We do not offer refunds, although defective products may be eligible for repair or replacement at our discretion.
  3. Shipping & Delivery

    TooTuft is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers. Once a rug has shipped, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure accurate delivery.
  4. Inspection & Questions

    Customers are encouraged to inspect in-person purchases before completing the transaction. For online or custom orders, please review your confirmation carefully and reach out to us immediately with any questions prior to production.
  5. Exceptions

    In rare cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by TooTuft, we may offer a repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion. These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

By purchasing a rug from TooTuft, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
